Abstract
The LMD system is a during point for the success of the university reform in Algeria. This change in practices, approach, and even in educational paradigme (inividual work, personal project, mentoring...), is seens as an improvement to deply to multiple plans a new approach of teachin. But in practice, old reflexes remain. Is the coverage, by teachers, of LMD at the expected level? And what actions would contribute for his success? Our research examines these issues through a number of indicators using a survey and a questionnaires for teachers. The restults, similar to those of other researchers in the world, confirm the lack of consideration of the anticipated approach. A.D. L. (Distancce learnin) through I.C.T. (Information and communication technologies) can gradually solve this problem.
