Abstract
Business creation is an act that is born within a process under construction. Upstream, research has attempted to explain the causes that lead individuals to become entrepreneurs (Tounès 2003). Students, through specific measures such as university incubators and business incubators that offer entrepreneurship training, have been a prime target for the development of entrepreneurial intent. The objective of this article is to test a model of entrepreneurial intention developed in students, with students of the University of Oran 2 in Algeria.
