The purpose of this paper is to examine the relations that can exist between the entrepreneurial dynamic and the success of small and medium-sized enterprises

The results of this study show that the experience, training and motivation are positive and significant, suggesting their substantial effects on the success of SMES. By contrast, the age of the leader and level of instruction appear negative and not significant.
