تحليل مؤشرات الاستدامة المالية ومتطلبات ترسيخها في الجزائر

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze the indicators of Financial Sustainability in Algeria, and to suggest some requirements to strengthen it, by using the Key indicators of sustainability after happening (ex-post) and before happening (ex-ant)  which can count to adopt procedures that make the financial situation of the State far from future financial crises, this study allows us to conclude that the financial situation of Algeria is not sustainable in the medium term; this reinforces the hypothesis of a probable exposure to financial difficulties if it does not take the procedures that ensure the rationalization and governance of its expenses and diversify the sources of its revenues, in particular the progressive substitution of oil revenue with ordinary revenue, and mobilization of financing through the stock Exchange.
