Abstract

The economy is globalizing and competition is intensifying at the international level. This is the reason why modern companies seek to anticipate and sometimes to influence their environment. For this, they must define and apply strategies. The central objective of our article is to highlight that the conditions for the emergence and development of the strategic management culture cannot be effective if certain well-defined parameters are not put in place: efficient institutions, an economy based on knowledge, a development of human resources, an efficient economic environment, an efficient educational system, good governance ... what about the Algerian company?
We started a survey of 20 companies established in the Wilayas of Oran, and Sidi Bellabes. The purpose of the survey in question was to know, in a general way, the opinions of company executives on the fundamental levers to be implemented for an emergence of strategic culture within the company in Algeria. Thus, the results obtained confirmed our theoretical approach.
