Abstract
The purpose of this article is to put into practice the Netnographic method inspired by the work of R. Kozinets, who studied virtual communities. The technique has been adapted to the Algerian context, within the community of mobile operators hosted by Facebook. The behaviors of subscribers captured through the comments posted, were subjected to a contextual analysis, combined with a binary logistic regression model (Logit). The results demonstrated the presence of different categories of messages, and that support for comments depends on their content. Claims and requests for information most often involve a response from the operator.
