Abstract

This work aims to study the conditions of emergence of collective competence in organizations and to explain the link between these competences and the dynamic capabilities of the firm. Thus, we will highlight the factors that play a determinant role in the emergence of collective competence. Through a descriptive and analytical approach, this work confirms the need for organizations to invest in all dimensions of collective competence to better target their actions. In this sense, the conclusion emphasizes on the role of the dynamics of the team in the processes of construction of the collective competence and the dynamic capacities of the company.
