THE EFFECTS CONTRASTED BY THE INTERVENTION OF THE FOREIGN PHARMACEUTICAL LABORATORIES IN THE ALGERIAN SECTOR OF THE PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY

Abstract

This article concerne the issues related to the intervention of fereign laboratories in the Algerian pharmaceutical sector. This dabate deals with the staratigic importance given by the local authorities to this intervention ragarding the new policy which aims to stengthem and built up a local pharmaceutical industry. Announced as a development opportunity for national capacity development, these laboratories led to controversial results. Based on a theoretical corpus ralated to international rules and inter-company agreements, the aim of this research was to identify the mode of action of these laboratories and their impacts on the Algerian pharmaceutical industry in general and the SAIDAL industrial group in particular
