Environmental Constraints Affecting The Practice Of Technological Innovation: A Case Study Of Algerian Industrial Enterprises

Résumé

Being a complex phenomenon, several factors interfere in the formation and development of technological innovation. The complexity is further increased by the fact that these factors may be effective in forming and fostering this activity under stimulating environmental conditions. While it is not the case in other circumstances, as they may become environmental constraints. On this basis, the following study aims to identify the most important environmental constraints and the extent of their impact on technological innovation in Algerian industrial enterprise. The study showed a set of results, the most important of which is that the external (economic and technological) constraints and the internal (organizational) environmental constraints, including the climate of the organizational environment in developing technological innovation, are among the most important constraints affecting technological innovation
