Abstract
The research undertaken in the field of the entrepreneuriatship particularly privileged the approaches economic and sociologial, we tried in this study to focus our reflexion on the psychological factors in bases ourselves on work of Aldrich an Zimmer, (1986); Keats and Bracker, (1988), Stevenson and Jarillo (1990); Gartner (1988).
Our research related mainly to the psychological charactéristics in the success in the young contractors having creates ann activity within the framework of the device of support for the employement of the young people (ANsej).
The results obtained confirm the contribution of the factors motivationnels and the features of personality in the creation and the maintenance of the activity.
However in spite of this important contribution motivationnel, the young people are very vulnerable to the plan of knowledge and competences which they have during the lauching of their project.
