Abstract

Virtual: this world denotes several meanings. At first, the world virtual, refers to Internet, which is the place of our research. Secondly, philosophy explains the word virtual in term a reflection on the future possible of the new virtual worlds. Still with the same direction, the virtual mode refers to our main objective to grasp the reflection of the Algerian Internet users towards Internet. The object of this research is the analysis of the speeches of the computing since its infamy from the middle of the century, until our days. We shall see that it through a pessimistic vision in more fascinating debates on the network of Internet. This analysis will allow us to reach our main objective, either to estimate, through the Internet users speech, the impact identify and the culture and, secondly, to identify where is the Algerian internet users reflection towards the social stakes debated on the network.
