THE EXTENSION BANKING FACILITIES IN THE CONTEXT OF FINANCIAL LIBERALIZATION IN ALGERIA

Abstract

The purpose of this work is to study the level of population who opts for extension banking facilities in financial liberalization context applied in Algeria since he law 90/10. This thought leans on theoretical available contribution in the field, on the account and analysis of bancarisation indicators group made by statistic information and data collected from several companies. Since the purpose is to attempt to show if the level of populations bancarisation knows a sustainable development. The results will show that populations don’t receive a sufficient benefit from products and bank aids.

Despite of achieved efforts, several factors still stopping bancarisation development. It results from that the necessity to promote more the mass bancarisation and the scriptural means.
