ANALYSE DES MODES DE GESTION DES ENTREPRISES THÉÂTRALES PUBLIQUES EN ALGÉRIE

Abstract

This article analyzes the modes of management in the Algerian public theatres in Algeria from 1962 to tody. The analysis shows that the statutes (EPIC) that govern these cultural institutions are not directly responsible for the structural crisis that characterizes them, but rather are victims of non-application, in whole, of the triad: business management, State control (regulation) and recognition on the non-profit activity, proposed here to overcome the difficulties generated by the “non-formalized” aspect of the cultural activity.
