LE MARCHE FINANCIER EN ALGERIE Situation et perspectives

Abstract

In this paper the author tries to show that construction of financial market does not represent a strictly technical problem. It is also a cultural, moral, juridical and social fact. The transition to market economy was accomplished in various degrees and rhythms all over the world. In centuries to transition, the performance of financial market appears too far of provoked hopes. The financial market, from which the installation in Algeria goes back up in 1995, is built in an economy marked by oil private income and by a scleroses, omnipotent and ubiquitous public banking system. A review of the actual situation of the market invites of course to a long term analysis and to think about possible implements. Finally, the financial market is like the other markets of goods and services.
