Abstract

In this article, we will try to show the effective role played by the forecast methods of sales to manage an extremely important function for the firm which is the supply chain management (The management of flows from the initial suppliers to the final customers). Moreover, we point the way to use the data of forecasting in the mathematical modeling for the supply chain which is distinguished by the multi purposes objectives. This can only modeled by multi criteria methods. In addition, we will try to apply them on RIO dairy specialized Algerian firm in producting yogurt, by studying its products features in order to forecast their weekly sales by using the Box-Jenkins method, and modeling their supply chain by a compromise programming, that we hope to be used by responsible in the strategic management of company and specially in the supply chain management.
