Abstract

ِCorruption is an old phenomenon whose forms and causes are multiple. It has worsened in recent yerars beacause of global changes and internal changes. It became therefore the greaer concern for the new world order. This observation leads us to clearly define this concept, although the measure althought determining the cost and find appropriate ways for the curb.
