Abstract

Many authors worked on imitation in different disciplines like sociology, psychology, economy, etc. But rare are the works that links all these themes to build an imitation theory. This paper aims to discus about imitation in the literature, establish the legitimacy of this subject in reserarches on management and show its improtance.
