Abstract
Woman Entrepreneur is now recognized as one of the sources of economic growth, job creation, innovation and wealth (Arasti 2008).Therefore, female entrepreneurship has become a study that attracts more and more researchers in developed and developing countries. But it is still considered as an understudied field of research in particular in the Algerian context. We propose a conceptual model which includes environmental and individual factors related to'female entrepreneurial intention in Algeria.
Results of the empirical study conducted among a sample of 290 final year students, using a structural equation model, validate the hypothesis that individual variables have a negative impact on the attitude towards entrepreneurship unlike environmental variables that happen to have a positive impact.
