Abstract

Our paper aims to analyze the competitive environment of PMEs in the rage sector in Algeria and the relevance of its positioning. It was lustrated by the case study of La Nouvelle Conserverie Algerienne NCA Rouiba. Our paper will be presented as follows: first, a literature revievw about the concept of competitive analysis and business competitiveness. In part two, we will focus on the drinking market in Algeria to identify the different actors in this sector. We will conclude by the presentation of the empirical study of competitiveness analysis, and NCA's competitiveness in its area of integration, its strategic choices and their relevance to sustainable development.
