Abstract

The complexity and dynamism of the environment is a continuous pressure and motivation for the company to increase its competitiveness and keep abreast of the various changes. This requires the possession of valuable information and its intelligent use before competitors. This is what highlights
the significant role of vigilance in the acquisition of such information, which became the most important strategic resource, and enables the company to be vigilant and aware of everything that happening in its environment. To exercise effectively the vigilance, an adequate system monitoring should be adopted to get good information in a timely manner to make decisions that respond to various challenges and compete successfully.  Algeria Telecom-Mobilis has realized the importance of vigilance as an effective way to detect opportunities and environmental threats.
