Abstract

The chain of wheat production aims the supply of domestic market characterized by a high demand of wheat by – products which forms the essential ingredients of food ratio – the analysis of the main chain segments shows the low recorded performances by the whole of the operators. Moreover, the wheat chain appears to be one of the most threatened branch by the foreseeable consequences of the continuous liberalization process and the achievement of Algeria’s integration in
the mediterranean free trade area with European Union like in the world trade organisation. However, a reform of divergences between various actors translate the existence of conflicts of interests exacerbated by the lack of opportunity for dialogue and negociation.
