LA MAIN D'OEUVRE FAMILIALE : QUELLE UTILISATION EN ALGÉRIE ?

Abstract

Two main reasons for research on entrepreneurship in Algeria: the first, the vast major of Algerian companies are family businesses and the large number of SMES family alone justifies the interst in this topic; the second, the lack of reserarch on entrepreneur ship family.
This work aims to contribute to a better understanding of entrepreneurs who use family support, to dermine the factors explaining the use and identifiy the main features of family labor.
The methodology used in our work is based on a comparative approach : entrepreurs who use family labor and entrepreneurs who do not. For this prupose, several regressions binary logistic mode were applied on employement survey from households conducted in 2005 bu National Statisticds Office.
