Abstract

In this paper we try to know how the high degree of participation of youth to the to the primary and middle school of the different territories (wilayas) have been well prepared to reach, with the same probabilities to the different fields of study in the high school and, later, in the university. In order to respond to this delicate question, we proceed to the comparison of the performance (rate of success) of the 48 regions (wilayas) in the two national evaluation tests (BEF and Baccalauréat) through a long period of time (2010-2011). The comparison of trajectory of their respective performance during this period of time may help us to know to what extend the successive national educative policies has resulted in a better redistribution of the quality of education among the different territories.
