Résumé

This research analysis the relationships among the agricultural productive system and training and agronomic research in Algeria. The starting point of our work is a survey of the literature, than it proposes theories and hypothesis to explain the current gaps identified in this system. Finaly, it tries to assess the roles and purposes of the real actions undertaken in the training and research agronomic fields.
