CRISE AUTONOMIE DU SYSTÈME DE SANTÉ ET NOUVEAU MODE DE RÉGULATION EN ALGÉRIE

Abstract

Algerian's health system is experiencing some radical changes. Some of them are exogeneous and result from the functionning and the regulation of the economy wich is under structural adjustment program. Endogeneous changes are due to the large extraversion which lead to an important dependancy. Besides those factors, this system has to absorb and master the new imported technologies and improve efficiency of its units in accordance with the restrictive budgets.
