Abstract

A new town ­ Ali Mendjeli ­ is built near the town of Constantine. It is conceived for 300000 inhabitants who will reside in 40.000 residences whose great majority is of social the housing type. However its role is changing because of the realization of university infrastructures of reat scale which will enable him to acquire a new vocation.
