Danser avec les géants ? Un cas d’alliance stratégique entre FMN et PME dans un pays en transition

Abstract
Our work aims to analyse a case of strategic alliance between a multinational company and a small agribusiness enterprise. Situations of asymmetry of size, bargaining power and control, make this agreement a specific feature of interorganizational relationships. This study was illustrated by Danone – Djurdjura partnership in Algeria. The effects of this agreement were analysed at three distinct levels : the entity itself, the other members of the Algerian group and the Algerian fresh dairy products industry in Algeria.The analytical framework combines strategic analysis and approach by organisational learning. The obtained results confirm a caution of the Algerian SME face to the FMN agenda to cure its organisational learning and to increase its own control.
