Abstract

This article provides an analysis of the relationship between ICT and the process of organizational learning of Algerian public companies. This relationship is established around information systems that help to manage knowledge and skills. It is nothing more than the effect of determinisms, especially technological and interactions between ICT, organization and human resources. Based on a corpus theoretical systems of information, learning and organizational change, we have attempted to study the areas of ICT intervention in three public companies (organization, management of knowledge and skills) and the organizational changes that accompany their integration into these companies and their appropriation by the users (determinism and interactionism).
